There is no app-store app. To receive your QR alerts, install AvisoCar on your phone's home screen and open it from its icon.
With Safari

Open Safari (not Chrome) and go to avisocar.com
On iPhone, only Safari can install AvisoCar.

It's the square with an arrow pointing up, in the bottom bar.

Swipe down in the menu that appears

Close Safari completely
Swipe up from the bottom and flick the Safari card away. Important: if you stay in Safari, alerts won't work.

Open "Configuración" (Settings)
On your Dashboard, tap the gear icon ⚙ (top right).

Scroll to "Alertas de Mensajes Anónimos" and tap "Activar push gratis"
(Anonymous Message Alerts → Enable free push. The in-app buttons are in Spanish.)

When iPhone asks, tap "Allow"
If you tap "Don't Allow", alerts won't arrive.

Tap "Probar push" ✅
(Test push.) If the notification arrives, you're protected.
Final note: Settings → Notifications → AvisoCar → turn on "Sounds" to hear your alerts.
With Chrome

Settings → Apps → AvisoCar → Battery → Unrestricted.
If alerts don't arrive: Settings → Apps → AvisoCar → Battery → Unrestricted.
They don't need to install anything: they scan the code with their phone camera and contact you instantly. Installation is only needed for you, the owner, to receive the alerts.
